PROJECT: Fix & Convert WordPress Kundali System into Custom Plugin

I have an existing WordPress-based Kundali (Astrology) system using API (Prokerala). It is partially working but unstable.

I need an experienced developer to:

- Convert existing code (WPCode snippets) into ONE custom plugin
- Fix API-related crashes and blank screen issues
- Implement caching to avoid repeated API calls
- Add proper error handling (no system crash)
- Store user data and API response
- Ensure system stability and clean structure

IMPORTANT:
- This is NOT a new project (existing system already available)
- API credits are limited → development must support mock/testing
- Final output must be a stable plugin (no WPCode dependency)
