WordPress Form WhatsApp Integration
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My WordPress site already emails me every time someone submits the contact form, but I also want each submission to reach my WhatsApp Business number instantly. I have the Business account set up and verified; what’s missing is the bridge between the form and WhatsApp.
Because I prefer a plugin-based approach, I’d like you to recommend, install, and configure a reliable WordPress plugin (Contact Form 7 add-on, WPForms Pro, WhatsApp API connector, or a comparable tool) that can:
• forward every form field to my email exactly as it does now, and
• push the same data as a WhatsApp message in real time.
Once the integration is in place, please test it end-to-end with me, confirm message formatting looks clean on both channels, and leave a short written walkthrough so I can adjust the template or change the number in the future. No custom coding is needed unless the chosen plugin requires a small hook or snippet to complete the workflow.
