WordPress Dropship Sync Plugin
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run xyz.com on WooCommerce and supply roughly one thousand products across five categories to partner stores such as abc.com and pqr.in etc, which are also WordPress-based. I need a single custom plugin that keeps those sites perfectly in step with mine.
Here’s the flow I’m after: when I change a price or publish a new product on xyz.com, the plugin should immediately—or on a short configurable schedule—replicate that item to each partner store and apply their specific markup rule. Each destination must let me choose either a percentage uplift or a fixed-amount uplift, so a ₹1000 saree can automatically land at ₹1300 on abc.com (30 %) yet ₹1200 on pqr.in (₹200 flat). Both we and they can control and edit those rules from an intuitive settings screen.
When an order is placed on a partner site, the full order data should sync back to xyz.com in real time using the WooCommerce REST API or webhooks. I need the admin order view on every site to show a transparent price breakdown: source cost, markup applied, and final sale price, so each party understands the calculation.
Core deliverables:
• A well-structured WordPress plugin compatible with the latest WooCommerce versions
• Product, inventory, and price synchronisation from xyz.com to unlimited partner stores
• Dual pricing logic (percentage or fixed) configurable per store and editable any time
• Order pull-back from partner sites to xyz.com with status updates mirrored both ways
• Clear calculation display inside each order’s admin panel
• Installation and brief documentation so my in-house team can add new partner stores without touching code
For acceptance I’ll install the plugin on a staging trio of sites; if products sync, prices apply correctly, and orders round-trip with the breakdown visible, the milestone is complete.
