WordPress Barbershop
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a WordPress website for my barbershop that focuses on friction-free online appointments and syncs flawlessly with my existing Square setup. Visitors must be able to pick a date and time, choose their preferred barber, and receive automated reminders—everything flowing straight into my Square calendar, inventory, and payment records without manual work on my end.
The look and feel should be modern and sleek: clean typography, high-contrast sections, mobile-first layouts, and fast-loading visuals that fit the brand of a contemporary grooming space.
Key expectations
• WordPress build using a theme or page-builder that allows easy in-house edits later.
• Full integration with the Square API or an approved Square WordPress plugin so staff, services, and availability stay synced in real time.
• Responsive design tested across phones, tablets, and desktops.
• Basic SEO set-up plus Google Analytics connected so I can track traffic and bookings.
• Handover of admin credentials and a brief walkthrough video or call showing how to add new services or adjust hours.
Once everything is live, a test appointment should flow from the website to Square, trigger the reminder, and let me mark it as paid—this will serve as acceptance for completion.
