WordPress Apartment Website
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a clean, modern and elegant WordPress website that lets guests discover our six holiday apartments, book them directly through the Bentral Reservation Manager (API integration; www.bentral.com), and read about nearby wellness options and activities.
The website must be available in three language versions under the following URL structure: /SLO, /EN, /DE.
Language versions must be connected via correct hreflang tags (no language plugin).
Core scope
- Six apartment pages (image galleries, amenities, prices or “from” pricing, direct “Book now” button linked to Bentral).
- Wellness section presenting 1–2 wellness units or offerings.
- Activities section presenting a list of activities with descriptions and images.
- Newsletter signup: Email addresses stored in WordPress; exportable for use in third-party mailers.
- Blog / Events section with categorized posts (optionally including a simple, easy-to-update event calendar).
- FAQ section.
- GDPR-compliant contact and newsletter forms, cookie consent.
- Social media integration (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Basic on-page SEO:
Page titles and meta descriptions
XML sitemap
Schema markup
Correct hreflang implementation.
- Responsive, mobile-first layout with no heavy or unnecessary plugins to keep load times low.
- Website deployed on our own server and easy to maintain via CMS.
Deliverables
1. Full WordPress theme (child theme or custom) reflecting the modern, elegant look.
2. Page templates for apartments, activities, blog posts, events and FAQs.
3. Bentral API integration tested for smooth booking flow on desktop and mobile.
4. Newsletter signup
All texts and photography will be provided.
Your responsibility is the design, structure, implementation, performance and GDPR compliance. The final result must be a fast, clean, GDPR-safe WordPress site ready for production use.
The site needs to be as lean as possible, without heavy plugins.
