WooCommerce Shipping Configuration Optimization

I need my WooCommerce shop’s shipping settings cleaned up and running flawlessly. Everything must revolve around UPS: real-time rates, proper service names, any handling-fee tweaks, and a safe fallback rule if the carrier API ever hiccups. I want customers to see the most accurate price at checkout, and I should still be able to push free-shipping coupons or flat promos without breaking anything.

You’ll install—or fine-tune—the official UPS extension or another reliable plugin, map product weights and dimensions, organise zones, run tests in both sandbox and live modes, and then walk me through the settings so I can adjust them later.
