Wix Product Import From PDF

I have a product catalog in PDF format containing well over 1,000 SKUs. I need every item published in my existing Wix Store with the following visible for shoppers:

• Product name and a clean, readable description
• At least one image pulled from the PDF (additional angles if you find them)

No pricing or stock data is required at this stage—just make sure each item appears in the correct collection and is easy to search on site.

Scope of work
1. Extract the data: scrape or manually capture names, descriptions, and images from the PDF without altering wording or resolution.
2. Prepare assets: crop or resize images so they look sharp on Wix and load quickly; keep file names logical for SEO.
3. Upload to Wix: use the platform’s CSV bulk-import tool or its API so the entire catalog goes live efficiently.
4. Quality check: confirm every product page is live, images display correctly on desktop and mobile, and internal links/collections function properly.

Acceptance criteria
✓ All catalog products (1,000+ SKUs) visible on the site
✓ Correct name, description, and at least one image per product
✓ Collections match the original catalog sections
✓ Pages pass a quick mobile usability test inside Wix
✓ A final spreadsheet or CSV export listing product URLs for spot checks

If you already work with PDF parsers, Python, or Integromat/Zapier plus the Wix API, you’ll move faster, but any reliable method is fine as long as the results meet the criteria above.
