Wise API Payment Portal Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
The task is to build and seamlessly integrate a custom Wise (formerly TransferWise) payment portal into my existing domain. The portal’s sole focus is processing transactions: visitors should be able to pay straight away—no user accounts, no login flow, just a clean, secure checkout.
Key capabilities I expect
• Acceptance of Credit/Debit Cards and Bank Transfers through Wise’s API
• Real-time transaction confirmation and error handling
• Automatic currency conversion where Wise supports it
• Webhook callbacks that update my site on payment status changes
Deliverables
1. Fully deployed payment endpoint embedded in my current site (I’ll provide repo access).
2. Clear setup & environment notes so I can reproduce the build locally.
3. A brief API usage guide that covers endpoints, required payloads, and sample responses.
Please code in a way that is modular and easy for me to extend later—for example, if I decide to add digital wallets down the line. Security best practices, PCI-compliant handling of card data, and graceful failure states are all must-haves.
