White-Label Tour Marketplace Build

Job ID: 39805389

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I’m launching a white-label tour-activity marketplace that pulls live inventory from Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook, and Headout. I already have partner API keys; what I need now is a production-ready site that marries the flexibility of WordPress (for easy content and SEO management) with a fast, React-driven front-end experience.

Core scope
• API integration – fetch, normalise and display tour products, prices, schedules, and images from the four providers. Updates must be automatic so the catalogue always stays in sync.
• Tour catalogue – list and detail pages styled to my brand, generated from the aggregated data, and searchable by city, date, price, and keyword.
• Booking flow – when a guest selects a tour, route them through a seamless checkout that completes the reservation through the source API while keeping them on my domain.
• User accounts – travellers can register or sign in (email, Google, or Facebook) to track orders and download vouchers.
• Admin comfort – I want to handle blog posts, static pages, and SEO settings from the WordPress dashboard without touching code.

Tech thoughts
A headless approach makes sense: WordPress as the CMS / auth layer, React (Next.js or Gatsby are fine) for the public UI, with REST or GraphQL bridging the two. If you have a cleaner architecture that still preserves editor friendliness, I’m open to it.

Acceptance criteria
– Clean, responsive UI tested on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
– Search returns results in under 500 ms for a 10k-item catalogue.
– Successful bookings are recorded both in the provider’s system and in my WordPress database.
– Code is pushed to a private Git repo with clear installation & deployment notes (Docker or similar).
