WhatsApp Mutual Fund Platform

Job ID: 39801474

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m building a customer-friendly mutual-fund distribution channel that runs primarily on WhatsApp and sits squarely within SEBI’s regulatory framework. The core will tie together BSE Star MF for transactions and a seamless, paper-free KYC flow. Above all, the experience must feel effortless to investors while ticking every compliance box.

Key goals
• One verified WhatsApp number should guide clients from onboarding through completed orders, automatically issuing KYC prompts, confirmation messages and—most importantly—on-demand account statements.

• SEBI compliance underpins every feature: secure data handling, authenticated user sessions, full transaction logs and audit trails, with zero deviation from current circulars.

Technical expectations
• Clean integration with BSE Star MF APIs for order placement, folio lookup and statement generation.
• KYC module that can ingest Aadhaar-based e-KYC or CKYC data, validate PAN, and store tokens securely.
• WhatsApp Business API (or approved BSP) handling conversational flows, webhook events and template messages.
• Backend in any robust stack—Node, Python, or Java are fine—as long as it scales and keeps data encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Admin console to review transactions, resend statements, and export audit reports when required by regulators.

Acceptance criteria
1. A demo WhatsApp number processes a test investor from “Hi” to a completed purchase and statement retrieval without manual intervention.
2. All API calls and user actions appear in an immutable audit log with timestamps.
3. OWASP-style security scan reports no critical or high-risk issues.
4. Deployment guide and source code handed over for internal review.

If you’ve previously linked BSE Star MF to chat platforms—or you can show similar fintech work that met SEBI norms—let’s get this moving quickly.
