WhatsApp Lead Flow Automation

I need a complete automation flow built with the WhatsApp Business API and Spoki that guides prospective caregivers and nurses from the first message all the way to a booked consultation. If no proven experience in both tools please do not apply.

We are looking for an experienced freelancer or agency to create a simple, practical and cost-efficient lead qualification system using:
• WhatsApp Business API;
• Spoki;
• Microsoft Excel or an Excel-compatible spreadsheet for lead records;
• three separate calendar connections for consultation bookings.
The system must:
• ask candidates to choose English or Spanish at the beginning;
• distinguish between Caregiver and Nurse candidates;
• use different qualification questions for each pathway;
• classify leads through simple deterministic rules;
• categorise leads as Hot, Warm, Cold, Human Review or Not Eligible;
• send Warm Leads to the appropriate webinar;
• allow only Hot Leads to book a private consultation;
• route Hot Leads to the correct manager;
• connect each manager to a separate calendar;
• save candidate information in an Excel file;
• automate basic confirmations, reminders and follow-up messages.
The project must use rule-based automation. It must not use generative AI, AI agents or automated free-text eligibility assessment. Complete and detailed requirements, see file enclosed.
