WhatsApp CRM Auto-Messaging Integration
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’ve built a custom CRM and now need it to talk seamlessly with WhatsApp Business so that key events in the system trigger automated messages without manual involvement. The three workflows I want live first are:
• Welcome messages the moment a new contact is created
• Appointment reminders based on the date-time stored in the CRM
• Order confirmations immediately after an order status flips to “paid” or “shipped”
I already have the event hooks in my database, so your job is to connect those triggers to the official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API or on-premise gateway—whichever is quickest to deploy and fits Meta’s policies). Messages must be sent using template IDs I’ll supply, and the integration should return delivery receipts so the CRM can log whether each message was delivered, read, or failed.
Preferred stack is REST or GraphQL calls from a lightweight service written in Node.js, Python, or PHP and containerised for easy deployment. If you lean toward another language, just let me know—clean, well-documented code is what matters most.
Deliverables
1. Source code with clear README explaining environment variables, setup, and how to add new message flows
2. Endpoint or webhook URL ready to receive CRM events and fire the correct WhatsApp template
3. A simple test script or Postman collection showing sample payloads and expected responses
4. Brief hand-off call or screencast walking through the deployment and configuration
I can give you API keys, template names, and sample data as soon as we start. Looking forward to making our customer communications instant and reliable.
