3. Zoho CRM Setup

* Leads module only (simple setup)
* Fields:
Name, Phone, Business type, Location, Interest, Source
* Clean and easy structure (no complexity)

4. Integration

* WhatsApp → Zoho lead creation (auto push)
* Proper field mapping
* Basic tagging (business type + sector)

5. Pipeline
New → Qualified → Demo Sent → Converted

6. Basic Automation

* Auto lead creation
* Reminder if no follow-up
* No advanced workflows
