WhatsApp Business API Setup & Outreach Automation (HNIs – India)

Job Description
We are a wealth advisory firm working with HNI clients. We have a verified database of ~2,500 HNIs and want to run a compliant, structured WhatsApp outreach campaign to initiate conversations (not spam or hard selling).

We are looking for an experienced freelancer/agency to set up WhatsApp Business API, configure automation, and help execute a 3-stage outreach workflow.

Scope of Work

1. WhatsApp Business API Setup
Set up WhatsApp Business API via an official provider (WATI / Gupshup / Zoko / MessageBird or similar)
Business verification & phone number setup
Ensure full compliance with WhatsApp policies

2. Outreach Workflow & Automation
Upload and segment ~2,500 contacts
Configure a 3-layer message flow:
Soft introduction (curiosity-led)
Value / data follow-up (only to open/read users)
Scarcity / filter message (warm leads only)
Automation rules to ensure no spamming

3. Messaging & Tracking
Assist with WhatsApp template formatting (Meta-approved)
Set up reply routing to team inbox
Basic reporting:
Messages sent
Replies received
Interested / warm leads

4. Optional (Good to Have)
CRM or Google Sheet integration
Auto-reply for basic queries
Lead tagging / labels
Deliverables
Fully functional WhatsApp Business API setup
Automated 3-stage outreach campaign
Clean dashboard or report showing responses & interested leads
Handover documentation for internal team

Skills Required
WhatsApp Business API experience (mandatory)
