I need a freelancer experienced with WhatsApp Business API, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API to join me in a remote session and set up one simple automatic reply.
The requirement is simple:
When a customer sends a WhatsApp message containing a specific keyword, such as price, order, etc. the system should immediately send a predefined instant auto-reply.
I do not need a full chatbot or complex automation. I only need one keyword-based instant auto-reply as a first test.
Tasks:
Check my current WhatsApp Business / Meta Business setup.
Create one keyword trigger.
Test it from another phone number and confirm the reply is sent instantly.
Show me how to add more keywords and replies later.
Important:
This is not for bulk messaging.
I do not need outbound marketing campaigns.
I only need auto-replies when the customer messages us first.
