I have a clean list of 1500 WhatsApp numbers and a single sales-oriented text that also contains one link. The content is identical for every recipient, so there is no need for name or field-level personalisation—speed, deliverability, and compliance are the priorities.

Here is what I need from you:
• Recommend the most reliable, policy-compliant delivery suite (for example WhatsApp Business API through Twilio, Gupshup, Vonage, or another enterprise gateway). Please outline why you prefer that option and the steps you will follow—from template approval all the way to post-send reporting.
• Carry out the send in one coordinated batch (or staged waves if you believe that improves deliverability) and supply a delivery log that shows message status for every number.
• Provide an itemised price estimate covering any platform credits, template approval fees, and your service charges so I know the full cost before we begin.
