WhatsApp Automated Messaging Setup

I need a straightforward automation flow built for my WhatsApp account so new contacts immediately receive a friendly welcome message and, after a set interval that I can adjust, a personalised follow-up.

Both messages must be released on reliable, time-based triggers only—no event or user-activity logic required for now. Please configure everything so I can later tweak copy and timing myself without touching code.

You’re free to use the tool or framework you consider best (Twilio, WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta Business Suite, etc.) as long as the final solution remains compliant with WhatsApp Business policy and functions on my existing WhatsApp Business number.
