Website UX & Zoho Automation Overhaul
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
Our site already attracts students and employers, yet a few gaps are slowing us down. The priority is to tighten navigation and then wire every touch-point—events, WhatsApp replies, certificates, and performance dashboards—directly into Zoho Recruit so data flows without manual work.
Current status
• The reporting module for teachers is half-built.
• Zoho Recruit houses all applicant records but does not yet reflect event attendance, certificates, or WhatsApp conversations.
• Navigation feels clunky; users struggle to find key pages and the events calendar.
What I need next
1. Rebuild the events page so registrations are logged in Zoho Recruit (on the student profiles, based on what they have attended).
2. Finish the teacher dashboard: pull each student’s progress, attendance, and assessment results from Zoho and display them in a clean, filterable view.
3. Push every Wati WhatsApp reply into the correct Zoho Recruit record, then update application stages automatically as students confirm interest or submit tasks.
4. Generate monthly hot-list and outcome reports for account managers—placements, emerging talent, and trend graphs—without needing spreadsheet exports.
5. More advancements to the Programme on completion of 1-4.
Tech stack & access
• Zoho Recruit, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Analytics are active.
• Wati WhatsApp Business account is connected by API key.
• The website runs on WordPress with Divi themes.
Acceptance criteria
– Navigation menu tested on desktop & mobile; no dead links.
– Event registration writes to Zoho Recruit within 30 seconds.
– Teacher dashboard shows real-time data and PDF export works.
– WhatsApp messages appear in the Zoho Recruit timeline with correct tagging.
- Set up automation messages that we use in Wati events account, that then code link into Zoho Recruit (where we have our students)
– Automated reports reach account managers by email on the first of each month, visualising placement rates and talent-pool growth.
You will receive admin credentials and sample data once we agree on milestones.
