Website Membership Ticket System

I need a straightforward way to issue and manage digital membership tickets directly on my website. Each ticket should:

• be created and stored online (no physical versions)
• trigger automatic membership-expiry notifications so members know when it’s time to renew

At this stage I’m focused solely on getting the expiry-alert workflow running smoothly, but I’d like you to build the solution so it can later accommodate extras such as QR code generation or downloadable PDFs without major rework.

2. any integrations or third-party services you recommend for reliable email or SMS notifications
