Web Scraping and WordPress Expert Needed

We’re looking for a web scraping + WordPress specialist to help with the following:

Objective

Extract property listings and detail pages from a real state portal (we’ll provide example URLs) and deliver a JSON/CSV feed with:
source_id, source_url, title, price, status/active, address, sqm, bedrooms, bathrooms, description, photos[], etc.

Automatically publish/update the data in our WordPress.

If a property appears on the real state portal⇒ create/update in WordPress.

If a property disappears/is taken down on portal ⇒ delete or mark inactive in WordPress.

Technology (open to options)

Cloud scraper (Apify, ParseHub) or your own stack (Python + Playwright/Scrapy).

WP integration via WP All Import (from URL) or WP Webhooks (real-time POST) — we’re open to your most robust recommendation.

Images

We’d like to download images into the WordPress Media Library (not just hotlink via URLs). Please confirm if this is feasible given the source site’s constraints and any limits (number of images, file size, storage).
