Walmart DSV Tracking Integration

Tracking numbers arrive from my 3PL as an automated feed; they must flow straight into Walmart DSV so every order shows valid tracking before the SLA clock expires. The current gap is the hand-off: Walmart still needs the numbers keyed or pushed through its API, and I need that step fully automated and error-free.

Scope of work
• Parse the incoming feed, map fields to Walmart DSV requirements, and post each tracking number against the correct order.
• Handle carrier codes exactly as Walmart expects and flag any mismatches or rejected rows for review.
• Log every submission with timestamp, order ID, carrier, and tracking number so I can audit performance.
• Provide a simple way to restart or rerun updates without creating duplicates if Walmart’s portal or API times out.

Acceptance criteria
• All orders in a test batch show the correct tracking number inside Walmart DSV within 30 minutes of the feed landing.
• Error rate under 0.1 %; any failures surface in the log with a clear reason.
• Solution delivered as a documented script, app, or API integration that I can host on Windows or a small Linux VPS.

Familiarity with Walmart’s API, EDI, or the vendor portal will make the job easier, but I’m open to the method you prefer as long as it meets the criteria above.
