We are an Australian renewable energy company looking to build an AI-powered voice sales agent that can handle inbound and outbound customer calls, qualify leads, and assist in booking solar, battery, and electrification consultations.

Heat pumps

We are looking to build a fully integrated AI sales system, not just a chatbot.

Project Scope

We want to build an AI voice agent that:

1. Handles Phone Calls (Inbound + Outbound)
Answers inbound calls 24/7
Calls new leads within 30–60 seconds
Speaks naturally like a human sales consultant
Australian accent preferred
2. Lead Qualification

The AI must collect and qualify:

Homeowner status
Location/suburb
Electricity bill size
Roof type (if possible)
Interest in solar / battery / EV / HVAC
Urgency (timeline to install)
3. Appointment Booking
Book consultations into calendar
Push qualified leads into CRM
Create follow-up tasks automatically
4. CRM Integration

We use:

Capsule CRM

AI must:

Create/update contacts
Store call summaries
Tag lead quality (Hot / Warm / Cold)
Sync notes automatically
5. Proposal Integration

We use:

Pylon (solar proposal software)

We want the system to:

Trigger proposal creation based on qualification
Pass lead data into proposal system (via API or automation tools like Make/Zapier)
6. Follow-Up Automation (Optional Phase 2)
AI re-calls leads who did not convert
Handles objections
Re-engages old quotes
Improves conversion rate over time
Required Skills

You must have experience with:

Retell AI or Vapi AI (voice agents)
OpenAI / LLM integration
Make.com or Zapier automation
CRM integrations (Capsule preferred or similar)
API integration work
Voice AI workflows
