AI Voice Agent & GoHighLevel (GHL) Sync Specialist / Developer -- 2

We are looking for an experienced developer or technical expert to fix critical issues with our AI Voice Agent and its integration/sync with GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts.
Key Problems to Solve:

AI Voice Agent is not working reliably (call handling, conversation flow, hang-ups, or incorrect responses)
Sync issues between the AI Voice Agent and GoHighLevel (contacts, appointments, tags, custom fields, call logs, etc. not syncing properly)
Data inconsistencies or missing information between the voice agent platform and GHL
Occasional failures in real-time or webhook-based synchronization

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve all technical issues with the AI Voice Agent system
Fix bidirectional sync problems between the AI Voice Agent and GoHighLevel
Optimize conversation flows and improve reliability of the voice agent
Ensure all call data, lead information, and outcomes are accurately pushed to GHL
Test thoroughly across different scenarios and ensure long-term stability
Document the fixes and provide handover instructions

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) – especially workflows, webhooks, custom fields, and API integrations
Hands-on experience with AI Voice Agents (e.g., using platforms like Bland.ai, Vapi.ai, Retell AI, Air AI, or similar)
Proficiency in API integrations, webhooks, and troubleshooting sync issues
Solid understanding of JSON, REST APIs, and error handling
Experience in debugging real-time systems and voice AI technology
Ability to work quickly and deliver clean, stable solutions

Preferred:

Previous projects involving AI voice agents + CRM sync (especially GHL)
Knowledge of Twilio, Vonage, or SIP integrations
Experience with Zapier/Make.com as backup (but we prefer direct integration)
