Urgent: WhatsApp Cloud API Troubleshooting

Need Expert to Fix WhatsApp Cloud API Error (Meta Error 133010 - Account Not Registered)

Description:

I am integrating the WhatsApp Cloud API and currently facing a blocking issue during setup.

Error:
Meta Error 133010 – "Account not registered"
Also receiving: "Unsupported post request. Object does not exist or missing permissions"

Current Situation:
* Phone number added to WhatsApp Business Account
* OTP verification completed
* Number was previously connected under a **Business Integration (BIK)** setup
* Currently attempting to **transfer from BIK to an individual app setup**
* Ownership transfer has been initiated
* Number is stuck in **"Pending"** state
* API calls to `/register` and `/messages` are failing

What I Need:
* Identify root cause of this issue (likely related to transfer or provisioning)
* Help properly register and activate the phone number
* Ensure WhatsApp API starts working end-to-end
* Validate correct setup flow for BIK → individual migration

Expected Skills:
* Strong experience with WhatsApp Cloud API
* Experience with Meta Business Manager and Developer Console
* Hands-on experience with **BIK to individual migration / number transfer**
* Deep understanding of Graph API permissions, tokens, and phone number provisioning

Bonus:
