Travel APIs WordPress Integration

Job ID: 40269111

Budget: $8 – $15 AUD

I need an experienced developer who can wire up Trawl, Adivaha, and Amadeus APIs to two separate WordPress sites—one focused on travel, the other on beauty and lifestyle content. The goal is to pull real-time hotel inventory and pricing into the travel site and present the results in an interactive map or list view. You are free to work with WP Travel Engine if it speeds things up, but I am open to custom code wherever that delivers cleaner performance or a better user experience.

Alongside the core API work, I also want each site enrolled in affiliate programmes such as Booking.com, TripAdvisor and Viator (beauty ones for the beauty site). Once the accounts are active, you will need to place the tracking links and official widgets in logical, high-converting positions across the two themes.

Clarity of communication is important here: I’m not a developer, so I’ll rely on you to translate technical concepts into plain English while still giving me the detail I need to make informed decisions.

Deliverables
• Seamless integration of Trawl, Adivaha and Amadeus hotel endpoints with real-time price and availability updates
• Map-view display of hotel search results styled to match each site’s branding
• Full affiliate set-up (Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Viator) and insertion of unique tracking links/widgets
• Documentation and a short hand-over session so non-technical staff can manage content or minor changes without breaking the integration
• Clean, well-commented code (or plugin configuration) that runs on the current versions of WordPress and PHP

Acceptance criteria
The hotel feed must refresh in real time without page reload errors; map markers must correspond to accurate geo-coordinates; affiliate clicks must register correctly in each partner dashboard; and Lighthouse performance scores on both sites should remain in the green.

If you can take this from concept to launch while keeping me in the loop in plain English, I’d love to work with you.
