I'm looking for a developer to create a Telegram bot that facilitates buying and selling USDT in INR, complete with web hosting and a payment gateway integration. The bot should be hosted on Google Cloud and use Razorpay for payment processing. The interaction should be a mix of text-based commands and button-based options for user convenience.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a Telegram bot for USDT-INR transactions.
- Host the bot on Google Cloud.

Bot Functionality:
1. Initial Interaction: The bot should greet users with "How can I help you?"
2. Transaction Type: Users can choose to buy or sell USDT.
3. Buying USDT:
- Display the amount section in INR.
- If the user agrees, prompt them to enter their USDT wallet address.
- Redirect to Razorpay for payment processing.
- Manually send USDT after successful payment.
4. Selling USDT:
- Show the current USDT to INR rate.
- If the user agrees, display our USDT wallet address.
- Prompt for the user's bank account details.
- Manually transfer INR after receiving USDT.
