Teams Data Extraction App for Windows - 22/04/2026 21:39 EDT
Budget: $100 – $300 USD
I would like a Windows app for a Windows Lenovo. I have Microsoft 365 PERSONAL, not business basic or anything higher. (AI said I cannot install a different 365, like business basic, on top of 365Personal and attempt to access past Teams data.)
I want 4 data entries extracted from Microsoft 365Personal Teams and, If possible, I would like each person's name and data on an individual tab, within the same spreadsheet.
(I would like to be able to select a date range year-mo-day or person name) and transferred to Microsoft Teams Excel in 4 columns with 5 skipped columns.
Column A skipped
Column B - Date of meeting in year-mo-day format, e.g., 2026-04-22.
Column C - Name of Person scheduled for meeting
skip D, E, F, G columns
Column H - meeting started time (not the time I have written in the name) in formatted NOT on 24 hour, but as hour: min (seconds are rounded to next minute?), and include am or pm. E.g., 1:45 pm
Column I - meeting ended time (not the time I have written in the name) in formatted NOT on 24 hour, but as hour: min (seconds are rounded to next minute?), and include am or pm. E.g., 2:58 pm
extra notes in attached examples)
Because some people have internet issues, there can be a few meeting started several times.
I am attaching images and examples with notes.
