Project Overview – “Staff Stay”
We are developing Staff Stay, an exclusive hotel booking platform for Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines employees.
The platform allows airline staff to book discounted or unsold hotel rooms, available only to verified staff members.
We are currently in a pilot phase with NH Hotel Group, integrating directly via the SynXis (Sabre Hospitality) API.
Key Features:
Secure login / registration for verified airline staff
Hotel room display & booking via SynXis API
Ability for users to place rooms on HOLD until hotels confirm availability
Hotels can RELEASE rooms via dashboard once available
Membership system: free for 30 days, then a monthly subscription fee
Admin dashboard for managing users, hotels, and payments
Your Tasks
Develop the web platform (PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS) — possibly using PHPTravels or a Laravel-based system
Implement SynXis API integration (REST or SOAP)
Set up membership payment system (Stripe or PayPal subscriptions)
Help with UX/UI and possibly hybrid app development (optional)
Requirements:
Basic to good knowledge of PHP / MySQL / HTML / CSS / JavaScript
Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Interested in travel tech and web systems
Reliable and independent work style
English or German communication skills
