Squarespace-TRUX-QuickBooks Integration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My Squarespace store already takes orders, TRUX’s dispatch API is live, and QuickBooks Online is running—we just need them to talk to each other. I want every new Squarespace order to pass through the TRUX API and then land in QuickBooks automatically, carrying across the full order record plus the customer’s details.
Here’s what the finished workflow should do:
• Capture each completed checkout on Squarespace, convert it to the format TRUX expects, and push it in real time to their API.
• From TRUX, forward the data to QuickBooks so a matching sales transaction is created and the customer profile is added or updated.
• Keep customer names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers in sync between the three systems without duplicates.
• Run unattended, log successes and errors, and allow easy re-tries if an API call fails.
QuickBooks and the TRUX API are already authenticated separately; your job is to build (or configure) the middleware—custom code, iPaaS, Zapier, Make.com, AWS Lambda, or another solution you recommend—so the hand-off happens reliably. Clear documentation and a brief hand-over call will complete the assignment.
