Scope of work
- Integrate Specter with BigCommerce using specified API endpoints for inventory and product synchronization.
- Ensure Specter controls all inventory and payout data, with no changes written back from BigCommerce.
- Synchronize stock levels from Specter to BigCommerce for warehouses flagged as 'Webshop Warehouse'.
- Support multi-warehouse synchronization with identical names in both systems.
- Sync products between Specter and BigCommerce using ArticleNo, SKU, names, prices, and other specified details.
- Import BiCommerce orders into Specter and handle new customer creation if needed
- Ensure order fulfillment in Specter updates BigCommerce order status to 'Shipped!
- Manage returns in Specter and handle refunds in BigCommerce.
- Fetch and synchronize payout reports from BigCommerce into Specter.
- Log all API requests and flag errors for review, retrying failed syncs.
