Spanish WhatsApp Sales Automation

I need to deploy a complete WhatsApp Business solution, fully in Spanish, that handles two key tasks: instant automated responses to new leads and ongoing customer-support conversations. All chat data, contacts, and ticket details must flow seamlessly into my Bitrix24 workspace so the sales team can keep working from one place without copy-pasting.
Here is the flow I have in mind. A prospect writes through WhatsApp; the system greets them automatically, captures their basic details, and logs the interaction in Bitrix24. If the chat turns into a service request, agents can jump in from the Bitrix24 interface, see the full history, and continue the conversation without leaving the CRM. Status updates, tags, and follow-up reminders should sync both ways.
I already hold a verified WhatsApp Business number and a Bitrix24 cloud subscription; what I need is the programming work: connecting through the WhatsApp Business API, building the chatbot logic, and wiring everything to Bitrix24 (webhooks, custom fields, pipelines, and deal automation). Code can be in Node.js or Python as long as it is well-documented and easy to maintain.
Deliverables:
• Functional WhatsApp Business API setup linked to my number
• Chatbot flows in Spanish covering greeting, lead capture, FAQs, and hand-off to agents
• Two-way Bitrix24 integration (contacts, deals, and chat transcripts)
• Deployment guide plus commented source code
• Short live test demonstrating automated replies and CRM sync
