Because I’ve been burned before by freelancers (paid money, got errors or no results), I now work only with very clear, protected terms for me as a client:No upfront payments from me.
I do not pay anything before I see a fully working POC and real results.You cover all initial costs.
You pay 100% of all subscriptions and tools needed to start (Shopify plan, domain, apps, tools, etc.).
After a successful POC, I reimburse you based on receipts.Clear POC (Phase 1).3–4 products fully live in a real Shopify store.Full automation working: import → AI content → DTF (or print provider) → order + tracking in Shopify.One or more test orders completed with tracking.I get admin access to verify everything myself.Payment only after verified success.
We use a safe platform like Fiverr or Upwork with escrow.Milestone 1 = Full POC delivered and verified.Only after I confirm that everything works as agreed, the escrow is released.At that point, you receive:The full POC fee (for example 2,500 USD or the agreed amount).Reimbursement of your documented expenses (with receipts).Phase 2 & 3 only after POC + first sales.
Scaling to 25,000 products and long‑term maintenance starts only after:POC is successful, andThere is proof of first real sales from the store.If you are comfortable with these conditions and confident in your skills, we can talk.
