Job Title: Social Media & Messaging Platform Integration Specialist (Respond.io)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to integrate multiple social media and messaging platforms into a centralized communication system using Respond.io.

The goal is to streamline customer interactions by connecting all channels into one unified inbox for efficient management and automation.

Platforms to Integrate:

Facebook (Messenger)
WhatsApp (WhatsApp Business API preferred)
Instagram (DM integration)
TikTok (if supported via API or workaround)
Carousell (chat/message integration if feasible)
and all social medial platfrom

Scope of Work:

Set up and configure Respond.io account
Connect all listed platforms into Respond.io
Ensure proper API integration and webhook setup
Configure automation workflows (auto-replies, tagging, routing, etc.)
Test all channels for message syncing and reliability
Provide documentation and basic training on system usage

Requirements:

Proven experience with Respond.io or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of API integrations (Facebook Graph API, WhatsApp Business API, etc.)
Experience integrating multiple social media messaging systems
Familiarity with chatbot automation and workflow design
Ability to troubleshoot and ensure stable connections

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM or omnichannel communication tools
Prior work integrating marketplace platforms like Carousell
Understanding of customer support workflows
