Simpro Power Automate & BI Integration
Budget: £36 – £0 GBP
My goal is to wrap Microsoft’s Power Platform around our Simpro environment so the routine work takes care of itself and the team focuses on customers.
The first phase centres on Copilot Studio and Power Automate flows that tap directly into Simpro data. With those flows I want to:
• generate up-to-the-minute financial reporting
• automate customer relationship touch-points and follow-ups
• keep project management data current across teams
• create new user agents and records once, then have them appear everywhere they should
Once the data is moving cleanly, I need a set of interactive Power BI dashboards built on that same source so management can slice performance by job, technician, margin and timeframe without exporting spreadsheets.
Everything has to be designed with an eye to future expansion; the architecture should make it straightforward to point the same data at monday.com boards and even automate creative asset requests in Canva later on.
Acceptance criteria
– End-to-end Power Automate / Copilot workflows live, tested and documented
– Secure, refreshable Power BI dataset with at least three core dashboards (financial, CRM pipeline, project health)
– Deployment guide covering environment variables, connectors and API keys so we can maintain or extend the solution in-house.
If you’ve already connected Simpro to the Power Platform—or similar REST/SQL based SaaS tools—and can show dashboards that load in seconds, let’s talk about timelines and hand-over.
