Hello, I am seeking a graphic designer and web developer to build a new direct booking website for my short term rental property.

- House Rules: checkin/check-out, noise policy, maximum occupancy, no pets allowed, and other rules from our guide book
- Cancellation Policy: same as Airbnb strict policy
- FAQs: early or late arrival, nearby grocery stores, what to do in emergency, etc
