Shopify-Zoho Books Direct Sync
Budget: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 INR
We need a permanent, custom-built integration between Shopify and Zoho Books. No third party app subscriptions. No ongoing costs. Built from scratch.
What We Need:
1. New Order
Create or find existing Contact in Zoho Books using customer details (name, email, phone, billing address)
Create Invoice in Zoho Books with:
Invoice Number must match Shopify Order Number exactly
Linked to that contact
All line items, quantities, prices
Tax and shipping amounts
2. Order Updated
Update the corresponding invoice in Zoho Books to reflect changes
3. Order Cancelled
Void the corresponding invoice in Zoho Books
4. Refund
Create a Credit Note in Zoho Books linked to the original invoice
5. Payment Received
Record payment against the corresponding invoice in Zoho Books
Requirements:
Permanent solution — no third party app subscriptions or ongoing costs
Must work with the new Shopify API (post January 2026 Dev Dashboard changes)

All fields correctly mapped
Duplicate contact handling — if customer already exists in Zoho Books, link to existing contact rather than creating a new one
Fully tested with live orders before handover
Brief documentation of what was built and how to maintain it
