Setup Track123 Order Tracking for Shopify Store with ERP API Integration

We have a Shopify store and need to set up Track123 Order Tracking (or similar like AfterShip) to show customers their shipment tracking status.

Key Requirements:
- Single order can have multiple parcels shipped by different carriers (DPD, DHL, Hellmann, Raben)
- Tracking page must display all parcels separately with their own carrier, tracking number, and delivery status
- Shipping data comes from our external ERP system via API (not from Shopify directly)
- Need to connect ERP API to the tracking tool (Track123/AfterShip)
- Pull product images and titles from Shopify API to display on tracking page
- Design a clean, professional branded tracking page

Skills Required:
