Setup SMS API to Send SMS in USA (Not Twilio / Telnyx)

I'm looking for a developer to provide or integrate an SMS API for sending messages to USA phone numbers.

Key Requirements:
- Must NOT use Twilio or Telnyx
- No heavy verification process — just direct API access
- Provide working API credentials or integrate an alternative provider
- Simple script or dashboard where I can:
- Upload phone numbers (TXT/CSV)
- Enter a message
- Send SMS instantly
- Delivery reports preferred

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with SMS APIs
- Familiarity with API integration
- Strong scripting or dashboard development skills
- Ability to provide reliable alternatives to Twilio or Telnyx
