ServiceM8–ClickUp ISO Integration

I have just rolled out ServiceM8 for our field teams and we already run our day-to-day communication on Google Workspace. ClickUp is now being added to anchor our project and quality management under ISO 9001 etc, so I need the three environments to work as a single, traceable system.

Here is the outcome I want:

• Task management must flow seamlessly: a new job in ServiceM8 should create or update the right task list in ClickUp, complete with assignees, dates and status.
• Data synchronisation is essential: job photos, PDFs and emails need to land in the correct Google Drive folder and be linked back inside both ServiceM8 and ClickUp.
• Real-time notifications: teams should receive Gmail or in-app alerts whenever a task changes status, a file is uploaded, or a calendar event is updated.

Google Calendar, Drive and Gmail are the specific Workspace elements in play. I also need these integrations to reinforce our ISO 9001 roll-out by embedding process integration and automated compliance monitoring—every job record must be audit-ready without manual effort.

Feel free to leverage ClickUp’s public API, ServiceM8 webhooks, Zapier, or native automations, provided the final setup is maintainable and clearly documented. I’ll consider the work complete when the live workflows have been demonstrated, documentation is handed over and my team can run an internal audit with the new links switched on.
