Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Mobile App Developer to work with our team for 1 month on a consumer-facing messaging and payments based application.
The developer will be responsible for improving existing features, implementing new capabilities, and ensuring the system performs reliably at scale.
This role requires strong experience in real-time messaging systems, secure payment integrations, referral program setup and high-quality UI/UX implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Work on a real-time messaging platform including features like:
1:1 chat
group chat
media/file sharing
audio/video calling
Group audio/video calls
Call handling (Busy, disconnected, on whatsapp/cellular call)
Implement clean, responsive UI/UX based on provided designs.
Optimize app performance and ensure scalability for high user traffic.
Collaborate with product and backend teams to ship features quickly.
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Maintain high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
Required Skills
Strong experience in mobile app development (Android / iOS).
Proven experience building real-time messaging systems.
Strong understanding of scalable architecture and performance optimization.
Experience implementing pixel-perfect UI/UX designs.
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.).
Good knowledge of API integrations and backend communication.
Preferred Experience
Experience working on chat, social, or super apps.
Experience building apps that have scaled to large user bases.
Experience with WebRTC, socket-based messaging, or real-time communication frameworks.
Prior work on consumer-facing mobile apps.
