Gated Medical Logistics Gateway & Prescription Management Portal
PART 1: THE PROJECT BRIEF (Copy & Paste)
Project Title: Gated Medical Logistics Gateway & Prescription Management Portal
Tech Stack Preferred: WordPress + WooCommerce (for speed) OR custom Node.js/React (for scale).
Budget Strategy: Milestone-based.
1. Scope of Work: The "Gated" Entry
Landing Page: Professional, high-authority design. No products, prices, or "Buy Now" buttons visible to the public or Google (No-Index).
The Access Wall: Users must register and upload a valid Prescription (PDF/JPG) before the store is unlocked.
Prescription Vault: A secure "My Scripts" area where users can see their history but cannot browse un-prescribed medications.
2. Core Feature: The "Integrity Engine" (Pill-Mill Filter)
OCR Integration: The system must automatically scan uploaded scripts for the Prescriber's AHPRA Number.
Blacklist Logic: A backend database of "Banned Providers." If a script matches a banned ID, the system must automatically block the order and notify the user to see a standard GP.
Manual Override: A "Dr. Tom" admin dashboard to manually verify or flag scripts.
3. Core Feature: The "Hybrid Bridge" Logistics
Split-Logic Checkout: At checkout, the system presents two options:
"The Bridge" (Onshore): 7-day supply shipped from a local Australian partner.
"The Gateway" (International): 3-month supply shipped from Shanghai.
Payment Splitting: Integrated via Airwallex API. The system must instantly split the payment: Cost of Goods (COGS) to the Manufacturer and Facilitation Fee to the Company.
4. Security & Compliance
Data Privacy: AES-256 encryption for all uploaded medical documents.
Audit Logs: Every action (script upload, verification, payment) must be logged and immutable.
Dynamic UI: The shop only displays the specific drug name found on the user's verified script.
