Seamless GLPI Integration

GLPI is already installed on my server but still operates in isolation. The goal of this project is to turn it into the central hub for asset tracking and service management by linking it cleanly to the rest of our stack and tailoring the interface to our day-to-day workflows.

At kick-off I’ll walk you through the exact systems that need to exchange data with GLPI (ERP, CRM, directory services, an email gateway and any other tools we identify). You will then propose the most robust integration path, implement it, test every data exchange, and leave us with clear documentation.

Deliverables
• A fully working GLPI instance integrated with the agreed systems
• All configuration files, custom code or plugins stored in version control
• A concise deployment & rollback guide
• A short hand-over / Q&A session (recorded)

Acceptance criteria: tickets flow automatically, assets sync on schedule, users authenticate transparently, and the GLPI logs stay clean for at least one week after go-live.
