Salesforce-Synthflow Perhaps Zapier AI Integration

I need Synthflow AI to pull live data from Salesforce—specifically the standard contact fields (Name and Email), our custom Service Date, Customer Notes, and any additional fields we later flag as TBD—so the voice agent can personalise each outbound or inbound call. Just as important, anything the bot learns or changes during the conversation must flow straight back into Salesforce: contact details updated in real time and the call outcome written to the activity timeline.
The connection path is still open: we may use Synthflow’s native Salesforce app, Zapier, or a direct REST integration if that proves cleaner. I’m happy to follow your recommendation as long as the final setup is reliable, secure, and easy for the team to maintain.
Deliverables

• Bi-directional sync that updates contact records and logs call outcomes automatically
• End-to-end testing for both outbound and inbound call scenarios

Acceptance will be based on a live demo inside our sandbox, showing a call that: 1) greets the contact with the correct details pulled from Salesforce, 2) changes a data point during the call, and 3) records that change plus the call result back in Salesforce without manual touch.
