Salesforce & SnapLogic Migration Developer
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I’m kicking off a three-month, full-time engagement (with the option to extend) to move a sizeable customer data set from legacy sources into Salesforce while simultaneously wiring Salesforce into our wider application landscape through SnapLogic. The core objective is both migration and integration, so you’ll be hands-on across the entire data journey—from extracting millions of legacy records to building high-performance SnapLogic pipelines that keep Salesforce in sync with ERP, marketing, and other in-house systems.
What the work looks like
• Assess current data structures and map them cleanly to the Salesforce data model, respecting relationships, look-ups, and custom objects.
• Build and optimise SnapLogic pipelines for bulk loads, transformations, and ongoing bi-directional sync.
• Define and execute validation routines to guarantee data quality before, during, and after cut-over.
• Tune performance for large-volume loads, leveraging Bulk, REST, and Composite APIs as appropriate.
• Produce concise run-books and rollback plans so the business can repeat or audit the process with confidence.
Acceptance criteria
– All customer data is migrated and reconciled 100 % against legacy counts.
– SnapLogic integrations run within agreed SLA windows and surface no failed transactions in a 30-day hyper-care period.
– Documentation covers field mappings, pipeline logic, error handling, and post-migration support steps.
This is a US-shift role based from India; I’m looking for someone who already has 5+ years delivering Salesforce data migrations of this scale and can hit the ground running with SnapLogic on day one. If that’s you, I’m ready to talk through timelines and access so we can get started immediately.
