Salesforce Migration & API Integration
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need my entire Salesforce instance migrated into a new CRM, then extended with several real-time integrations.
1. Data migration & field mapping
• Export every contact detail, customer interaction, case record and action plan now housed in Salesforce.
• Design a clear field-by-field map, then import the data into the new platform. I’m still finalising whether that platform will be HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive, so the mapping must be documented well enough to work with any of these.
2. API connections
• Digital Referrals API
• Client Signature API
• Costing modules API
Build, authenticate and test each endpoint so data flows automatically both ways, with error handling and basic logging.
3. Finance link
• Create a live integration between Xero and the chosen CRM so client, invoice and payment information stays synchronised.
Deliverables (all required for sign-off)
– Field-mapping document covering Salesforce → New CRM
– Clean, verified data imported and visible in the new system
– Working integrations for the three listed APIs plus Xero, each with test results and brief hand-over notes
– Post-migration sanity check confirming records, relationships and automated flows behave as expected
