About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Integration Engineer to support a project connecting Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) with Left Main REI (a Salesforce-based Real Estate Investor CRM) and other internal systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (English) to convert user requirements into technical solutions, hands-on experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations, APIs, and automation workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design integration solutions between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems.
- Implement data synchronization, workflow automation, and API-based integrations.
- Configure Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
- Document integration architecture, data flows, and technical implementation details.
- Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce integrations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Integration Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API) and integration tools.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
- Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines.
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Left Main REI
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer).
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and complex data migrations.
