Key Features to Implement:

- Display clients as main list items.
- Include associated exam orders.

- Search Bar Integration:
- Search records by:
- Keyword
- Client's name
- Exam order number
- Additional fields: Case manager's name, County, Procedure(s), First name, Last name, Phone number, Service Authorization (SA), Date of birth, Address, City
