**Project Overview**
We are a fire, water, mold and flood restoration company seeking an experienced n8n developer to build a production‑ready sales automation workflow. The system will capture client estimates via webhook, send emails through Gmail, send SMS notifications via Twilio, prompt rep call tasks, enforce business‑hours only messaging, and provide a simple business‑user interface for non‑technical sales reps to trigger the workflow.

**Responsibilities**
• Design and implement an n8n workflow triggered by an HTTP webhook that accepts client name, address, email, phone and estimate URL
• Wrap each email and SMS send step in a business‑hours check so no messages go out before 9 AM or after 6 PM Monday through Friday
• Configure Gmail send nodes to deliver:
– Estimate received confirmation
– Safety and mitigation tips
– Case study
– Final recap
• Configure Twilio SMS nodes to deliver:
– Estimate received confirmation
– “Any questions about your estimate” reminder
– Scheduling prompt
– Final recap
• Implement Wait nodes for precise timing (1 hour, 2 hours, 6 hours, 23 hours 45 minutes) with logic to defer sends outside business hours until the next open window
• (Optional) Create a CRM task via HTTP Request for rep call reminders
• Build a simple user interface (for example in Retool, Appsmith or AppSheet) with a form that non‑technical users can fill out to provide the client details and upload the estimate, which then POSTs to the n8n webhook
• Provide clear documentation on node configuration, credential setup, UI deployment and business‑hours gating logic

**Required Skills and Experience**
• Proven expertise designing and deploying n8n workflows in production environments
• Hands‑on experience with the Gmail API and n8n’s Gmail Send node
• Hands‑on experience with Twilio programmable SMS and n8n’s Twilio node
• Strong understanding of webhooks, JSON payload parsing, Function nodes and IF/Wait loops in n8n
• Familiarity with building lightweight no‑code UI forms (Retool, Appsmith, AppSheet or equivalent)
• Experience integrating with CRM APIs via HTTP Request nodes (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
• Ability to write concise technical documentation and implementation notes

**Deliverables**
• n8n workflow JSON export ready for import into production
• Instructions for installing and configuring Gmail, Twilio and CRM credentials
• Example payload for the webhook trigger and test cases demonstrating the full sequence
• Lightweight UI form template and deployment instructions (Retool/Appsmith/AppSheet)
• A guide explaining the business‑hours gating logic and how to adjust it

**Timeline and Budget**
