# Roblox Order Automation Bot with API Integration

## Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced developer to build a fully automated order processing and delivery system for my online store.

Currently, every Roblox order is handled manually. I want a bot/application that automatically detects new orders through the platform's API, communicates with the customer, and completes the delivery process without manual intervention.

The application will run on my personal Windows PC (not on a VPS) initially, although it should be designed so it can be moved to a server later if required.

## Required Features

### 1. API Integration

* Connect with my marketplace API.
* Automatically detect new orders.
* Read order details.
* Update order status when required.
* I can provide the complete API documentation.

### 2. Automated Customer Chat

* Automatically send predefined messages when an order is received.
* Respond to common customer replies based on configurable templates.
* Guide customers through the delivery process.
* Support multiple Roblox games.

### 3. Automated Delivery

* Automatically deliver purchased items once the required information is received from the customer.
* Minimize or eliminate manual intervention.
* Handle multiple deliveries simultaneously.

### 4. Live Stock System

The bot should maintain and display current stock for each Roblox game, for example:

* Grow a Garden
* MM2
* Adopt Me
* Blox Fruits
* (Additional games can be added later.)

The stock should automatically update after successful deliveries.

### 5. Dashboard (Preferred)

A simple interface where I can:

* View incoming orders
* View completed orders
* Monitor current stock
* Edit automated chat messages
* Start/stop the automation
* View delivery logs

### 6. Logging

* Maintain logs of all deliveries.
* Record failed deliveries and errors.
* Record API requests when necessary.

## Preferred Skills

* Strong experience with API integrations (REST APIs)
* Experience building automation bots
* Python preferred (open to other languages if justified)
* Experience with Roblox automation is a huge advantage
* Knowledge of webhooks is a plus
* Experience building chat automation systems

## Additional Information

* Full API documentation will be provided after discussion.
* Previous experience with similar marketplace automation projects is highly preferred.
* Please include examples of previous automation/API projects when applying.
* The project should be modular so additional features can be added in the future.
