Restore Custom E-Commerce Site

Manus delivered a custom-built e-commerce site that should have been fully independent, but the code is still laced with references to their own services. After hand-over they also removed all API keys; the store limped along for about a day and is now completely offline with several core functions broken. My site is www.sportsradarltd.com

Our plan is Snappy 4000 - NVMe 8 with cPanel
I need someone to:
• Audit the entire codebase, identify and remove every Manus-specific dependency.
• Reinstate proper environment variables / API keys so the store can authenticate to payment, shipping and analytics services without hard-coding anything.
• Fix the “site not loading” problem and any related broken functionalities, then deploy to my hosting so the storefront stays live and stable.
• Hand back a clean deployment package plus a short README that explains where to add or rotate keys in the future.
Acceptance criteria: site loads reliably, all product pages, cart and checkout flows work end-to-end, and there are no calls to external Manus assets or endpoints in the code or configs.
